Century II Performing Arts and Convention Center is committed to providing a positive eperience to all our guests and we aim to faciliate the accessbility and usability of our website and mobile site to strive to comply with best practices and standards defined by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
While we are proud of the efforts that we have completed and that are in progress to ensure that our website and mobile site are accessbile to everyone, we acknowledge that accessibility is an ongoing effort and we strive to continue to improve.

Accessible Seating
All performances and events at Century II are ADA accessible. Seat locations are available with elevator access and at different price points. An ADAAG-compliant number of spaces have been designated for wheelchairs, with adjacent companion seats. We suggest you call 855-755-SEAT (7328) to determine the best available options for accessible seating at your chosen event.
Assistive Listening Devices
Century II is equipped with complimentary assistive listening devices for shows in Concert Hall, Convention Hall, and Exhibition Hall. They are located at stations near the doors of each hall. Please ask an usher for assistance in locating them.
Automatic Doors
Automatic doors have been installed at the entrance to Concert Hall, Mary Jane Teall Theater, Convention Hall, Connecting Lobby, and Expo Hall.
Concessions
Concessions are accessible for all guests on the first floor of each hall.
Drop-off and Pick-Up
Guests can be dropped off and picked up on S Cancun St, which is right off of Century II Drive on the east side of the building.
Elevators
Elevators are located in the interior of each hall. All floors of Century II are accessible by elevator. Each elevator is equipped to accommodate persons needing assistance.
Emergency Evacuation Procedures
Century II staff are trained in proper procedures for emergency situations. In the event of an evacuation, event staff will assist and direct guests with disabilities to exit routes.
Parking
Parking for guests with disabilities is available in the front row of Lot C. The lot can be accessed via West Waterman Street or English Street. All Century II ADA spaces are first-come, first-served and cannot be reserved for event parking.
The disabled identification card shall be available upon request if the disabled individual is using any disabled parking privilege. If the disabled individual is not in the vehicle or the disabled individual does not have his or her ID card available upon request, the vehicle is not entitled to use the disabled parking privilege. The owner’s receipt of the application for TEMPORARY placard shall be carried by the person it is issued to when using accessible parking. (K.S.A. 8-1,125).
Restrooms
All restrooms are equipped with accessible facilities; including sinks, hand towel dispensers, hand sanitizer dispensers, urinals and toilet stalls.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal to the building, please notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an alternate seat may be reserved for you. Please check with the Box Office for additional information.
Sign Interpreters
Century II can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service can be made by email to C2Accessibility@asmwichita.com. Please give two weeks notice prior to the event.
Transit Service
The City of Wichita offers transit services to many events. Please contact the city for full-service information by calling 316-337-9475 or www.parkdowntown.org.
Wheelchairs
Century II offers wheelchair assistance for all events on property. Please let the Box Office representative know if you need assistance. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event. Century II has a limited number of wheelchairs and guests will not be allowed to remain in the wheelchair for the event’s duration.
