Kennedy Plaza Stage Events

Digital Underground, opening night’s hip-hop headliner, may be best known by audiences for their iconic song “The Humpty Dance." The night will also feature opening acts C&C Music Factory and Tag Team.

Get excited to experience multi-instrumentalist and platinum-selling artist Hunter Hayes at Riverfest! Also, welcome opening talent Tawna Goforth and Kyle Kilgore.

Sunday night will feature Wichita-based cover band Monterey Jack and singer-songwriter Harrison Steele.

Come out to GospelFest and take in VB Praise, Pastor Washington and the Girls, along with DJ Fluid & Band.

Mon, June 3: 6 p.m. - 11 p.m.

 

 

Country artist Drake White headlines Riverfest’s Tuesday spot and recently made Rolling Stone’s 10 New Country Artists You Need to Know. The night will also feature local rock band Tequila Ridge.

Tues, Jun 4: 7:30 p.m. - 9:45 p.m.

 

Starship featuring Mickey Thomas is rockin’ Riverfest through the week with hits like “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now” and “We Built this City.” Don’t “Slow Ride” into the concert Wednesday night either, because Foghat is the opening act.

Weds, June 5: 6:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.

 

Thursday, Riverfest gets treated to the sounds of Contemporary Blues artist Danielle Nicole, with opener Pretend Friend Duo.

Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Kool & The Gang bring their world-renowned act to Riverfest 2024. To open the night, catch Rudy Love and DJ Carbon kicking things off.

Exhibition Hall and Convention Hall Events

Riverfest Artfest Pop UP Art Market will be held in Exhibition Hall. A modern twist on the art market, Riverfest Artfest Pop UP Art Market strives to showcase the highest quality handmade goods in the region.

Experience the enchanting melodies of an organ concert at the Exhibition Hall inside Century II, presented by Wichita Wurlitzer and featuring the talented organist, Brett Valliant.

Goodwill is ready to spice up Riverfest with the 36th annual Cajun Food Fest! Enjoy large helpings of traditional Louisiana favorites including chicken étouffée, red beans and sausage served over rice and homemade bread pudding topped with a decadent bourbon custard sauce, all prepared by ASM Global!

Can a simple sailor, lowly-born overcome convention and society to win the hand of the captain’s daughter?

H.M.S. PINAFORE has been a staple of the light opera canon since its opening in 1878. Opera Kansas brings a Midwestern flair to Gilbert & Sullivan’s English operetta with its reimagined setting on the prairie. Wind wagons, anyone?
